Our mission at Smiles To Your Door is to create a lifetime of special moments through our unique personalized products. If the person you gifted our Photo POP to doesn't enjoy our product, we'll refund you the product price. All you have to do is send us a video of your recipient opening the Photo POP and not enjoying it and we'll refund you the full cost of the product. Your 15-Day Smiles Guarantee starts when you receive your Photo POP. If you send us your video past the 15 -Day period, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Make sure to have your phone or recording device ready when they open, so you can have the video to submit to us in case they don't enjoy our product.

Our Smiles Guarantee DOES NOT cover the INCORRECT USE of our Photo POP. Please instruct your recipient to pull the release tab inside the envelope for the best experience.
